Mazaya Business Avenue BB1- Notice For Waterproofing and Floor/Wall Repair Works in Basements 1-2-3-4 Parking Levels

Dear Respective Owner(s)/Tenant(s),

Greetings from ASTECO!

We would like to inform you that the building management scheduled Waterproofing and Floor/Wall civil repair works for the basement parking areas at Mazaya Business Avenue BB1 JOP to enhance the appearance of the parking facilities and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

The work will commence from Basement 4, followed by Basements 3, 2, and 1, as per the schedule below:

 Date: Thursday 12th June 2025 to Thursday 31st July 2025

Day Time: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Nighttime: 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM

We kindly request your cooperation during this project to ensure that the work is conducted safely and with minimal disruption to your parking slots.

Please note that during the day, the civil work will only include repairs to the walls and parking slots, as well as waterproofing. At night, the parking slots will be blocked off to allow for floor repairs and other related work.

Additionally, Basement level users need to cooperate with flexible parking, for other levels parking spaces to be coordinate with security team and Concordia Parking Management to ensure minimal inconvenience for vehicle users.
